After the briefing in the dining hall, the scouts and adults walk over a bridge to a craft area used temporarily to review each scout's health documentation. Camp counselors are inside the craft area to process the health forms. Troops wait outside of the gate to await their turn to enter.
Right after the health form process the scouts walk over to the lake and take a swim test.
