Roundtable takes place once each month.

"Roundtable is intended to be a forum where units can be brought up to date on upcoming events and to serve as supplemental training to the more formal training sessions. Roundtable is open to everyone affiliated with the unit. It is not just for committee chairs and cub/scoutmasters. It is always on the second Thursday of each month starting at 19:30. The location is the LDS Church. Announcements generally go from 19:30 to 20:00 and supplemental training is slated for 20:00-20:45, depending on the materials covered".
